Namaste! I’m Seki, with a deep passion for helping others find balance, strength, and peace through the practice of yoga. With a background in Clinical psychology, I bring a unique perspective to my classes, blending the physical benefits of yoga with mindfulness techniques to support mental and emotional well-being.
